Policies
Technical Area
Technical Areas for coaches/managers and players are marked at all full fields located at the halfway line. Coaches, managers and reserve players must stay within the confines of their respective technical areas while a game is in progress. All substitutions/interchanges are to take place from     the technical area. Coaches of junior teams up to sixteen years are permitted to move outside of the technical area during the game unless otherwise instructed by the referee or official.
Wet Weather
The Secretary will advise either coach or manager of each team of any ground closures as soon as known. Bear in mind  advise may not be received before 7.30am, so don't ring with ground enquiries before 8.00am. If it has rained on Friday or Saturday (for those playing Sunday games) and you haven't been advised of Ground closures - PRESUME THE GAME IS ON.
Ground Set Up
If your teams game is first to play on the ground that day it is your teams job to setup the goal nets and flags. A quick walk over the ground also helps to remove any rubbish etc. Please encourage your parents and supporters to assist you in these processes as many hands make light work.

Ground Pack Up
If your team is the last to play on the ground that day it is your job to take down goal nets and flags and return them packed away to the clubhouse storage area. Please encourage your parents and supporters to assist you in these processes as many hands make light work.
Canteen
The managers will be given a roster of the day/s and times that your teams parents and supporters will be required to assist in the Canteen and on the Bar-B-Q. Please supply the canteen supervisor with your volunteers names and the times they will be attending. Encourage your parents in this vital help to the club -a little extra time at the ground usually allows their children to watch and learn from other games being played as well.
Forfeits
If there is a need to forfeit a game, the coach or manager must advise the Secretary as soon as      possible. Do not wait until Friday Night or Saturday morning. Notification is required by Macarthur by Thursday to allow the other club to be advised and Fields not to be fined.
Goal Posts
New Safety and Insurance policies introduced allow NO ONE to swing from Goal Posts. If you see anybody swinging or climbing on goal posts please tell them to stop immediately. Please ensure prior to your teams game starting that all pegs are securely in the ground and all ties are in place on both goal posts. During a game, regardless of age group, NO ONE is allowed behind the goal posts or goal line.
Match Reports
Match reports are to be a positive and constructive summary of the teams efforts on the day and are to be published in the Club's Newsletter "The Dribble". Ensure that everyone gets a mention in the reports from time to time and use it as a tool to bring up things they might try in the next game. Match reports should be emailed to the Secretary and not be longer than a good paragraph. You might like to even get your parents, supporters and even the players involved in writing a report from time to time.
Referee Decisions
The referees decision is final. All players are to accept a referee's ruling. Answering back, verbal outbursts, obscene gestures or any other type of abuse is not acceptable. Please refer to match sheet handout for process of reporting cards received by players to the Secretary.
Registration Cards
Each player must have a registration card to play. Unregistered players are not permitted on the playing surface during a game. The manager of each team is responsible for the safekeeping of the registration cards and must ensure that they are available at each game. Managers are to request the opposition teams registration cards for checking against the match sheets prior to each game. Every effort is to be made to ensure that the opposition team has not fielded any players that are not registered for that Age/Division.
Referee Fees
If you have an away game on the weekend, please have the manager /coach attend the clubhouse on the Wednesday night prior to collect your referee fees from the Treasurer. These are to be paid at the canteen by halftime. Please ensure that you obtain a receipt. Any unused monies, receipts and the copy of the match sheet are to be returned in the supplied envelope to the Treasurer. At home games, the Treasurer will pay all fees.
Injuries
All injuries sustained by players during a game are to be recorded and reported by the Coach or Manager to the Secretary on the day of the occurrence. At home games, advise the Ground Official or Canteen Supervisor to record the details in the injury book. Please note-there is no extra time added to the clock due to injury.
Lightning Precautions
If there is storm activity whilst players are on the field ( either at training or a match), precautions must be taken to ensure everyone's safety. If you are directed to leave the ground by either referees, ground officials or an appointed representative of the club, please do so immediately. Take cover within buildings or under roofs etc. If training use the "30 Second Rule". If you sight lightning, count until you hear thunder. If that period is less than or equal to 30 seconds, the storm is less than 10km away, and everyone is to leave the ground immediately and seek shelter. Please ensure that you account for everybody once shelter has been found and taken.
Consumption of Alcohol & Smoking
Blinman Park is an Alcohol Free Zone and as such, consumption of Alcohol is not permitted at any time. This is by council regulation and prosecutions are likely. In the promotion of good health to children, please refrain from smoking whilst at the ground. The area immediately around the clubhouse is a Smoke Free Zone.
Meetings
General Meetings need to be attended by at least one representative from the team-be it coach, manager or ,in the Seniors case, a player. Please also encourage parents to attend as well- we are always on the lookout for good ideas and input.
General Note
We are all part of this club and in order for it to flourish both on and off the field, we need to make concerted efforts to get everyone involved-players, coaches, managers, committee members, parents and supporters. We pride ourselves on being a small family club and will be trying to foster this even more this season with planned social events and some involvement in training our younger players by experienced players from older age groups. This ,we hope will encourage our mini's & juniors to come along to older games and help cheer on our teams whilst watching and learning the game at the same time. So, if an arranged event is coming up, please endeavor to support it.
